At The Traveller Series, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next destination, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
